Default Bookmakers

I dont know how anyone can with with them, when they repeatedly reject bets! A few weeks ago with William Hills i wanted £400 on a dog at 5/2 on a walthamstow BAGS race, i got told i could have £250. A few days later i wanted £500 on a dog at crayford at 3/1 again on the BAGS. Told i could have £250. Now im trying to back a dog antepost for the 2008 Blue Square English Derby with William Hill at 40/1 they will only lay me £125 @ 40/1 how can that be right!!!???

Default The trouble with bookies is....

They want it all one way, we have had the same problems in the past, say we want £300 on something at 5/1 they will lay us £150 at that price and the rest at say 4/1 or even SP.
We had quite a touch on one of Stuart Williams horses that ran in a NH flat race about 7 months ago, it was 50/1 early so we opened up 4 or 5 accounts and backed it for £25 and took the match bonus for opening a new account and had that on too, now they took thoses bets cause we were new customers and they didnt want to refuse us and look small. Now with our usual accounts they would only lay £25 e/w at 50s, the three of us got £350 worth of win bets and £200 of place bets at 50/1. the horse shortened to 25/1 by lunch and they then wouldnt take a bet on it....RESULT won by 20 legnths at.........5/1..........they then sold it to go jumping with Jessica Harrington in Ireland, but the full brother is also in Stuarts yard and we will have a touch on this when it runs so i will obviously let everyone know.
