Bookies and customer service (best and worst)
2 recent experiences with major bookies , one with Betfred over an account discrepancy , their response after several phone calls ....is to totally ignore me and hope i will forget about it .
 ...and one with stanjames , which even though initially it was my error for not completely reading the terms and conditions , because they failed to get back to me and i rang to complain about that , they give me a free £30  . So begs the question , how can 2 major companies treat their customers so different and why ? Whats been your best and worst experience of customer service with a bookie ?

Well i find most are good ..with the one exception that is so bad . Mind you i haven't played or bet there for 2 or 3 years now ... SKY are shyte Just saying
