Default Ladbrokes lost the plot !!!

Oh dear, how sad it is to see Ladbrokes online poker site going down faster than the "Titanic" It seems even with their huge marketing machine they have lost the confidence of online poker players. In the 'Pot Limit' tournament tonight (wed) their LEOCOP event attracted only 286 runners for a guaranteed $70k payout So why is it that an entry $200 + 1 re-buy and 1 add on, has not had players falling over them selves to get in ?
Look at any site with that kind of guarantee the entry would be over doubled, trebled and more, if it were a live festival like the GUKPT it would be sold out .
A few years back this would be a different story but Ladbrokes have lost the confidence of the online 'poker player' with bad advertising of promotion's, their syndicated horse promotion was a disgrace for all who entered and when they came under pressure in the summer as to what was going on, they closed their forum hoping (like the captain of a ship battening down the hatches) the storm would blow over... What a way to run a business, more misinformation or no information to their paying customers, dodgy software that kept on failing and the so called customer care blaming either the server or saying it was the the end users computers, players locked out during tournaments to find the chip stacks gone as if they'd been hit by an iceberg and sank without trace and what of the emails to the company to complain, most unanswered !!
So is it any wonder Ladbokes have turned to polices, that which Gorden Brown has adopted, "let them eat cake and tell them nothing" believing the public are stupid and wont know the difference Well as the polls indicate the ship is slowly sinking for Mr Brown, and the online poker public are now telling Ladbrokes, it's to late there is a gaping hole in the starboard side and get ready to man the life boats, as the once Titanic of the online poker rooms is turning into a TUG.
The punters are the customers and their shopping elsewhere because of bad service and customer care
