In my opinion he CLEARLY kicked the sand between shots in the bunker and thats a ONE stroke penalty..........:h?: Rules are there to be kept to regardless of who you are and this is a BAD decision by the officials.... Hopefully he doesnt go on to win now or finish in the big money otherwise i feel there will be questions asked......... |
