Win a greyhound competition

Benny has mailed me to tell me about a competition to win a greyhound with top trainer Mark Wallis.

You have to select 6 dogs from his stable and the best points scoring entry at the end of the comp wins the greyhound which will be trained by Wallis.

Entries are £10 and i think that it would be a good bit of fun for us so why dont we enter usuing £10 out of the talk sport kitty?
If by some miricle we win the dog can go in all the syndicate names...

I know Benny has been studying the form etc and has already got 4 dogs that he thinks will do well....

Let us know your thoughts everyone...

Yeah i think we should have a go out of the kitty or maybe 2 goes to give us a bit more of an edge

well done mate..its great we start thinking on them lines..owning a dog or horse..we need that kinda of activity.to bring us togeather in real life,,few beers or a two dozen lol

The list of dogs is way out.... i can see at least 5 that are no longer racing or in his kennel

Ok, Here's TheCompetition !

I've mailed Tony the 5 dogs ---entry has to be 3 dogs + 2 bitches ... we can change 3 selection's before 1st of Oct (reason being Injury's or form ) Competition Rules ...............

PLEASE READ THE RULES OF THE COMPETITION BEFORE YOU ENTER
Entry is £10 per team (or 6 teams for £50) - you can enter as many times as you wish but each entry must have a different team name.
You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
The organiser's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Employees of Imperial Kennels and their immediate families are not eligible for entry.
Entries can only be made via the website entry form. Cheques should be made out to "Mark Wallis" and sent to him at Imperial Kennels, Undley Common, Lakenheath, Suffolk, IP27 9BY. Your team name must be written on the back of each cheque.
All entries and cheques must be received by 30 June 2008.
You need to select 3 dogs and 2 bitches from the list of greyhounds - View the list here
Points will be awarded as follows:
Win 10 points
Plus bonus points:
SP of less than 5/2 0 points
5/2 up to less than 5/1 1 point
5/1 up to less than 10/1 3 points
10/1 and over 5 points

The competition will run from 1 July 2008 until 31 December 2008. In early September Mark will issue a revised list of greyhounds and you will be able to
re-select up to three of your team (still maintaining 3 dogs and 2 bitches). Your new selections must be advised to the organisers by 30 September 2008. If no revised selection is received your original team will be re-entered.
