tilting
first time for ages i found myself on tilt tony after seeing seeing my aces done on the river to become chip leader with 9 left in, in the 75$ freezeout.
got in through sat and felt very comfortable once i recovered from disasterous start .... got involved in a battle with that scouse62 which put me off my game and then once my aces got cracked completely lost it ... very dissapointing as there was some decent money to be made as wasnt really and top notch players at the final table . |

I saw a bit of that game but missed you going out as i was being mugged on a cash table on Stars by some German who though his hand was worth calling my $57 all in...
My hand....AJ clubs....i raise in sb ($1/$2) TO $6 he calls the $5 raise... Flop Ad Jh 6s....im all in for $57 he calls with the monster.....6d 8d.... Of course it comes runner runner diamonds.....:'D Anyway when i got back you were gone...Yes i really thought you were going to cash when you were chippy and your right the decent players had long gone. But still two good showings on your first two tournies back which proves you still have the game..:cool: Im sure you will be winning again very soon m8......B (: |
i guess you missed the big hand
folded round to be on the button blinds 200/400 i had aces so just doubled the bet to make it look like i was stealing , big blind pushes for 6k i call leaving me 1.5k . he turns over qq i have aces fecking river was a queen , built myself up back to nearly 5k but someone min raised my big blind , i called with AJ flop comes A Q 4 so i push he called and showed AK , put him on medium pair and got it wrong. But getting closer ! |
Nothing u can do
about the Aces v Queens its an auto call ....the rest is just unlucky to run into a bigger ace kicker....
