32Red sells Betdirect to Stan James
32Red has agreed to sell its Betdirect brand to bookmaker Stan James for £5.75 million. Under terms of the agreement, Stan James will pay the online gaming firm £575,000 as deposit on exchange of contracts, with a further £4,675,000 on completion. A further £500,000 instalment will be payable in six months.
