£400 buy-in,guaranteed £100k and casino thinks it might top £200k, was playing punto last night and there was quite a few dodgey southerners in. £30 satelite tonight with 10 seats guaranteed,was thinking about popping down and giving it a go, doesnt suit me the format, 3 seperate days,then final saturday and sunday,but im thinking maybe my patience has improved over the last 25 years and im overdue some success.

I really think this Gentings outfit have got it right , they have a Monthly tourney at Luton £100 (gtd £10,000 payout) that seems to be taking off..

didnt bother with the satelite,looked like there was 100s in it,played 4 hrs on a cash table , turned £200 into £600 and when my q-q ran into 3-3,I left with £59-50,I seem to have lost the luv for poker,some players watching movies on their i-pads waiting for monster hands,others reading poker mags,mr+mrs chinese takeaway sitting next to each other discussing a cantonese menu.think i would rather visit stadium of shyte than endure a possible 3 day poker comp with these sorts of people.but saying this I believe im at fault here I have little patience which always costs me £s and Im unable to control this side of me.
