Victor Chandler arrested at Arc
Bookmaker Victor Chandler is reported to have been one of a number of people arrested last weekend during the Arc de Triomphe at Longchamps for illegally taking bets. The UK's Daily Mail newspaper reported that Chandler, along with his nephew, were caught during a raid on a corporate facility run by Horse Racing Abroad.
