its as it says on the tin....Highest placed team in the Premiership with (currently) an English Manager in charge - then qualifies it by saying applicable only to teams listed, irrespective of managerial changes - so if Man U sacked Fergie and appointed Harry Redknapp for eg, it wouldnt change the market or it becomes null and void, just the teams listed as now with the odds on basically which of those will finish highest in the league...thats as i read it anyway....
