I actually find sitting tight for the 1st 30 mins/hour waiting for a hand seems to work in these tourneys, although you do need to find a hand to get going. Most people are knocked out in the first hour because they raise or call with any old chit. If you hit a monster hand it usually pays well because another 3 will call. Watching the game on tv does seem to put me off though, unless theres an interesting character in the studio
