With the late Reg : Does the player coming in late, pay BB and small blind by way of a penalty charge.. so supposing he come's in and it his BB (say50) does he pay 50 + 50bb and 25sb for his first hand
.....Or does he sit straight in and only pay the blinds in the usual manner
(when it's their turn)
