Bubbly Kate (3/1), who is probably better known as Cash For Kate before a controversial change of name and kennels by her new owners, ran out a convincing winner of the VC Invitation Marathon (835m), powering clear over the last two bends to leave Spiridon Louis and Iceman Brutus floundering in her wake.
Good luck to those of you who followed us, we advised her the night before the race, to get on early !!!
