2 recent experiences with major bookies , one with Betfred over an account discrepancy , their response after several phone calls ....is to totally ignore me and hope i will forget about it .
...and one with stanjames , which even though initially it was my error for not completely reading the terms and conditions , because they failed to get back to me and i rang to complain about that , they give me a free £30
.
So begs the question , how can 2 major companies treat their customers so different and why ?
