i feel sorry for some managers,its plain to see gerrard,henderson not good enough but rogers cannot drop them,moyes has same problem with carrick,ferdinand at man utd, poyet hasnt got any footballers to pick,where as pardew has best team in the world to choose from but is clueless and a puppet.
