Default 'Valerie' Ladbrokes customer care - She's a Star
On the phone today to Ladbrokes customer care;- that's was after the poker team have failed to help - so we spoke to 'Valerie'

What a Star she is, it took her 10 minutes to sort out what the so called 'VIP Agents' couldn't sort out ...

If i ever need a PA i want Valerie there by my side
