DAILY MAIL Chelsea are close to confirming Juventus defender Daniele Rugani as their second signing of the summer in a £44.6m - and will then turn their attention to Gonzalo Higuain. Jack Wilshere has thanked Unai Emery for being honest about the lack of game-time the midfielder would have got if he had stayed at Arsenal this season. Arsene Wenger has emerged as the No 1 target to take over as the national manager of Japan. Fulham have made contact with Espanyol about signing David Lopez, with the Spanish side wanting £35m for their versatile captain.
