missing hour
Played the 20k [7pm] laddies last night, couple of buyins , nothing occurred in first 2 hrs,was short stacked so gambled a few hands and got lucky with flop and got upto 16k in chips, fell asleep about 9-30pm and awoke at 10-30pm with about 5k chips and about 100 left in,I found 7-7 and was all-in and all-out by 10-35pm,for some reason I decided to have a look at my hand history for the missing hour, pocket aces 3 times, kings twice and numerous other pairs and a-k,a-q suited hole cards. I regularly doze off when playing poker and awake when the ticking clock times me out, from now on Im playing poker in the kitchen,on a 4 ft revolving stool, dozing off could end up with a nasty head injury.

I remember a few years qualifying for a significant tourney on Victor Chandler about 3 weeks before it started. I missed a significant birthday party because I had to play
When the day arrived I went to the pub after work till 7pm.. got a bottle of wine to take home.. the tourney started at 9pm Next thing I knew I woke up having slept on the floor and the time was 12.30... I didn't play a hand |
