This is why we never will, if we had played our full team and won, everyone would have said Hodgson only picks the old players. Because he doesn't and we lose it is the end of the world.

We have to bring in the younger players at sometime...

But last night it was the older players who had a shocker....

WTF is he doing playing Milner......

Lampard is finished as a top line player

Rooney did a bit of running around but no threat on goal.

Baines is ok going forward but cant defend for his life.

Johnson i thought was finished as an international player

Although i did think the two Southampton boys did well

Will be interesting to see what team he plays in the "friendly" against Germany..

I wouldnt back England to get passed the group stage,the manager is a puppet and his masters havent a clue,it will be same old faces in brazil,gerrad and lampard and the man utd favourites upfront,team will bottle it and return home as usual with some excuse like it was too hot and they couldnt find a decent fish and chip shop .

Tonight against Germany ...England were Useless ! Pathetic ! ..

Maybe i should rephrase that , they are woefully lacking class ..

What have we learned from these two friendlies, we didn't score a single goal and both games were at Wembley ..

So how are we going to score in Brazil ?? Oh hang on, we'll have Andy Carroll back by then
