I've also just received the email and it is a little bit disappointing about the event being postponed but if certain factors have made it impossible for the tourney to be staged then there is very little anyone can do about it
 If the tourney is re-staged at a later date, i will still be very happy to add my participation in the team! At least with this happening i can try and focus my poker energies on attempting to qualify for UKIPT Manchester in March. All the best everyone, Craig

A little birdie tells me
A European Championship venue could be possible, and Barcelona (allegedly) could be in someone's mind .. (all hypothetical at the moment, in fact I put the idea in someones mind just now)
 Anyways we'll wait and see, should still be fun , when they sort something out !

Sorry to hear that guys...
But its a bad time of year to put something on like that. Too big a commitment for a lot of people especially after christmas when people spend plenty of cash. I think that poker etc will be badly affected this year due to the cost of living etc going up and wages etc not....
