Arsenal are ready to spend £200m in the next window to fix their squad - and Arsene Wenger will be the man splashing the cash.

Mesut Ozil, Jack Wilshere, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Olivier Giroud and a raft of squad players could be sold to bolster £100m kitty already set aside for summer signings, and targets include Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette, Celtic forward Moussa Dembele and left-back Kieran Tierney, and Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha.

Manchester United fear David De Gea could have his head turned by the prospect of a £50m summer move to Real Madrid, who almost signed him two years ago, only for red tape to wreck the deal at the 11th hour.

Chelsea have Monaco left-back Benjamin Mendy in their sights but Manchester City and Liverpool are also keen on the 22-year-old.
