Wycombe to score first against Aston Villa

Aston Villa are unsurprisingly the big odds-on favourites to win at home to Sky Bet League 2 promotion chasers Wycombe but I wouldn't trust them to get the job done convincingly.

Villa have only won three out of 26 matches in normal time this season; they did also beat Wycombe's League 2 rivals Notts County but that was a 5-3 success after extra-time in the Capital One Cup. County took the lead in that Villa Park contest and I think Wycombe can provide a similar scare for the hosts in this game.

Villa have conceded the first goal in four of their last five home games and six of their previous eight outings overall. You can get around 3/1 for the visiting Chairboys to open the scoring and that has to be a price worth taking given Villa's proven frailties.
