Say a little prayer !
Mark Wallis quote>>
This coming Wednesday SOS with Greyhound owner and promoter Bob Morton sit down with Walthamstow Stadium owners L&Q to discuss, and most likely come to, a deal that brings Greyhound racing back to what has been known for decades as the home of our sport. I can't state how important it will be not only for our kennel but the whole industry for this meeting to go the right way. Unlike the dismal headlines in today's papers concerning England's football team, the top story on Thursday should read WALTHAMSTOW IS BACK!. without doubt as soon as the traps open for the first race back at the Chingford Road Stadium Greyhound racing will show how brilliant and inexpensive a 'night at the dogs' can be thus rejuvenating the local community and our industry with trainers ,breeders and owners all benefiting as well as the off course betting industry which did so well over the years with Walthamstow's high profile. Keep your fingers crossed and say a little prayer on Wednesday morning.
