Same old same old, his team was crap, especially Rooney, so he creates a

story to distract from this. If anyone should be charged it should be him. If

any other Manager said that about one of his players he would go ape.

Now im not a big United or Fergie fan but have just watched that and although Fergie might have gone a bit over the top with his comments it was a very silly thing to do and could have caused quite a bad injury to Van Persie...

Theres no way the defender didnt hear the whistle....

Pity it didnt ...but thats not really the point is it , its about how red nose can say what inflammatory comments he likes and gets away with it , whilst other managers get pulled up ....as far as the incident , i think he was just trying to kick it away and miscued , after all swansea dont often hit it on target do they

When has been hit on the back of the head with an inflated bit of thin plastic

Ever killed anyone. His comments are ridiculous and insinuate that a

proffesional player has deliberately set out to kill or maim a fellow player.

If he has done anything wrong then it could be called reckless, in no way can it

be malicious as Ferguson claimed. I don't recall Cantona assault with his

football studs or Keanes deliberate attempt to break Haangelands leg attracting

anything but defence and excuses from him
